IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- The swimsuit must not contain metal or any other material and/or accessory that could harm animals
- Remove jewelry items and other objects that can become detached and fall into the water
- Minimum height: 4 ft. (1.22 mts.)
- Registration: minimum 30 minutes before the reserved time
- Pregnant women and people with heart, back and neck problems and with recent surgeries are not allowed in the activity
- Clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs cannot enter the water
- All participants must wear a life jacket
- Children under 3 years old cannot participate in programs with dolphins
- The access of photographic cameras, video cameras, cell phones, etc. is not allowed
- Do not use sunscreen, (dolphins are delicate animals)
- It is not allowed to enter the swimmer’s area with food and drinks
- They should follow the instructions of the Marine Mammal specialist
